Sanjeev Bikhchandani
Founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of Infoedge India Ltd
Mr. Bikhchandani’s work experience includes an advertising position at Lintas India Limited, a marketing position at HMM Limited (now known as Glaxo SmithKline), and a senior management position at CMYK Printech Private Limited (owner of The Pioneer newspaper). Along with his partner, Mr. Hitesh Oberoi, he won the Ernst and Young ‘ Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008 for Business Transformation. He also won the Dataquest Pathbreaker Award and the Teacher’s Achievement Award for Business in 2008. He is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship at conferences and at business schools.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Stephen College, Delhi University in 1984 and a PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad in 1989.
Hitesh Oberoi
Co-Promoter, Managing Director & Ceo of Infoedge India Ltd
Mr. Oberoi’s prior experience includes a 4 year stint with Hindustan Unilever Limited where he last worked as a Regional Planning and Distribution Manager for its Ice Cream Division
With almost 18 years of experience in the internet industry, he is part of various industry forums. He is a charter member of the TiE, New Delhi and also the past Chairman of IAMAI ‘ The Internet and Mobile Association of India.
He is also a Founder an on the Board of Trustees of Ashoka University.
Along with his partner, Mr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, he won the Ernst & Young ‘ Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008 for Business Transformation.
He obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi in 1994 and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore in 1996. At IIM, he featured in the Director’s Merit List.
Chintan Thakkar
Whole-time Director & CFO of Infoedge India Ltd
Mr. Thakkar is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has around two-and-a-half decades of experience in Finance, Consulting and Operations. His experience includes creating innovative business models, joint ventures, structuring of transactions, merger and acquisition integration, fund raising, capital structuring, licensing models and large deals ranging right from software licenses to real estate.
Prior to joining Info Edge in 2014, he worked with Computer Associates.

Pawan Goyal
Chief Business Officer at Naukri.com
Pawan Goyal is the Chief Business Officer – Naukri.com. Pawan comes with an industry experience of over 22 years. Prior to joining Info Edge, he worked with Adobe as the General Manager where he headed the Print, Scan, and Tech Comm businesses which contributed more than $100M in revenue. Pawan Goyal was responsible for Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Previously in his career he has worked at Microsoft and IBM. Pawan is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur in Computer Science and he has done his Ph.D. from University of Texas at Austin.

Pradeep Kumar
Business Head – Quadrangle
Pradeep has been with InfoEdge for more than 12 years and currently heads the Quadrangle business. With more than 19 years of experience, he has been instrumental in front ending hundreds of searches across Leadership and Senior Management Levels within India and other geographies. In two decades of his career, he has dabbled in different industries ranging from Technology to Engineering to Education and Healthcare. He is strongly networked at the leadership level cutting across industry functions and is well known as an astute professional; who brings out the best in people. Mr. Kumar is widely travelled and a voracious reader. His other interests are Human Psychology, Sketching and Writing. He holds an Honors’ in Zoology with a Masters’ in Business Administration from VIT, Vellore, India. He is certified from ISB on Leadership Skills for Top Management.
Surabhi Bikhchandani

Surabhi is a multifaceted professional with an experience of over 20 years, across Advertising, FMCG and Recruitment Consulting industries. She is leading the Executive Search practice at Quadrangle, focusing on CXO positions with organizations across consumer internet and service industries with more recent experience in the non-profit sector as well. She is well networked and has successfully closed many leadership positions for her clients that include several start-ups. She believes in detailed assessments of candidates to get the right organization culture fit. Surabhi began her career in media planning with Ulka Advertising Pvt. Ltd. in 1986 and then moved on to Nestle India Ltd. where she handled diverse responsibilities in marketing, brand management, sales, distribution, merchandising, advertising & market research. She has, in the past, trained management students in Communication Skills and has conducted courses on Written Analysis & Communication, Oral Communication Skills, Group Discussions & Interviews as a visiting Faculty at IMT, Ghaziabad and IMS, Mumbai. She has also co-authored a book for MBA and job aspirants called ‘Tackling Group Discussions’. Surabhi is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad (1987-89) and an Economics graduate from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi (1986). She is also an Erickson certified Life and Career Coach (Nov 2018), who believes in supporting her clients explore various perspectives and find their solutions, to the different challenges they face in life. Her mission is to make the experience a positive transformational journey.

Savita Nair is an MBA in HR from IMT and currently represents the International Search, Education & Development and Consumer Practice. She brings over 15 years of work experience and has been associated with Quadrangle for over 10 years. An expert in handling clients across various regions globally, she has executed many senior searches across different functions within India and Internationally.

Sajal brings in 14 years of recruitment experience within ITes / KPO Industry. His excellent networking skills along with brilliant client engagements have been truly remarkable. He specializes in key leadership hiring’s across various domains like Banking, Insurance, Shipping & Logistics, Travel, Retail CPG, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Engineering Utility. Kavita Mittal is a Post graduate Diploma holder in Business Administration and carries more than 10 years of work experience and is based out of Mumbai.
