Sanjeev Bikhchandani
Founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of Infoedge India Ltd
Mr. Bikhchandani’s work experience includes an advertising position at Lintas India Limited, a marketing position at HMM Limited (now known as Glaxo SmithKline), and a senior management position at CMYK Printech Private Limited (owner of The Pioneer newspaper). Along with his partner, Mr. Hitesh Oberoi, he won the Ernst and Young ‘ Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008 for Business Transformation. He also won the Dataquest Pathbreaker Award and the Teacher’s Achievement Award for Business in 2008. He is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship at conferences and at business schools.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Stephen College, Delhi University in 1984 and a PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad in 1989.
Hitesh Oberoi
Co-Promoter, Managing Director & Ceo of Infoedge India Ltd
Mr. Oberoi’s prior experience includes a 4 year stint with Hindustan Unilever Limited where he last worked as a Regional Planning and Distribution Manager for its Ice Cream Division
With almost 18 years of experience in the internet industry, he is part of various industry forums. He is a charter member of the TiE, New Delhi and also the past Chairman of IAMAI ‘ The Internet and Mobile Association of India.
He is also a Founder an on the Board of Trustees of Ashoka University.
Along with his partner, Mr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, he won the Ernst & Young ‘ Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008 for Business Transformation.
He obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi in 1994 and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore in 1996. At IIM, he featured in the Director’s Merit List.
Chintan Thakkar
Whole-time Director & CFO of Infoedge India Ltd
Mr. Thakkar is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has around two-and-a-half decades of experience in Finance, Consulting and Operations. His experience includes creating innovative business models, joint ventures, structuring of transactions, merger and acquisition integration, fund raising, capital structuring, licensing models and large deals ranging right from software licenses to real estate.
Prior to joining Info Edge in 2014, he worked with Computer Associates.

Pawan Goyal
Chief Business Officer at Naukri.com
Pawan Goyal is the Chief Business Officer – Naukri.com. Pawan comes with an industry experience of over 22 years. Prior to joining Info Edge, he worked with Adobe as the General Manager where he headed the Print, Scan, and Tech Comm businesses which contributed more than $100M in revenue. Pawan Goyal was responsible for Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Previously in his career he has worked at Microsoft and IBM. Pawan is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur in Computer Science and he has done his Ph.D. from University of Texas at Austin.

Pradeep is a Business Leader with 25years of experience in the space of Executive Search and Leadership Coaching. He is a Lumina Learning Certified practitioner. His qualification includes Certifications in “Leadership Skills for Top Management” and “Leading High Performance Sales Teams” from ISB; in addition to his PG degree in Management Studies from VIT. He is a pursuant of PhD in HR& Finance. He is currently Head & EVP – Quadrangle, which is a division of InfoEdge India Limited. Pradeep loves to travel and is a voracious reader too.
Surabhi Bikhchandani

Surabhi has over 25 years of experience in recruitment consulting. She has successfully filled numerous leadership positions for her clients that were consumer internet startups and social purpose organizations. Her current focus is on Career Coaching, where she assists clients in gaining clarity when they are at a crossroads in their career. Her solution-focused approach empowers them to make confident decisions and bring out their best. Surabhi graduated in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University (1986), and completed her post-graduation from IIM, Ahmedabad (1989). She began her career with Nestle India in FMCG, where she handled various responsibilities in marketing, brand management, sales, and distribution. Surabhi received her ICF accredited coach training through Erickson Coaching International (Nov 2018) and is a certified Career Coach.
Surabhi is on the advisory board of nonprofit Udhyam, that works on rural entrepreneurship in Uttarakhand, and Saajha, that works with parents to bring about education reform. She is also an advisor to nonprofits ILSS and ISDM, around job readiness for their cohort of participants.

Savita Nair brings in over two decades of work experience in recruitments. She is a Vice President with Quadrangle and anchors relationships spreading across verticals such Consumer. BFSI, Manufacturing/ Engineering organizations and International Clients. She is a PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad and has worked with renowned executive search organizations in the past. Her strong interpersonal skills along with swift decision making capabilities have helped harness many client and candidate relationships seamlessly.

Sajal Mittal brings over 21+ years of professional experience in executive search consulting, organization design, and talent advisory work. He has been associated with Quadrangle since 2004 and has played a pivotal role in building its BPM/ITES practice. As the practice head and a member of the senior management team, he has significantly contributed to the growth of the business by fostering strong client relationships. He leads leadership searches across various industries, with a particular expertise in ITES and Global Capability Centers, including Banking, Insurance, Shipping & Logistics, Travel, Retail CPG, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Utility sectors. Sajal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. He excels in leading talent management, leadership development, career planning, and succession planning initiatives, thereby enhancing the competence of the workforce for clients.
Kavita Mittal

A seasoned search professional with over 20yrs experience across FMCG, manufacturing and Technology. She has been part of Quadrangle’s success for over 17yrs. Currently, she is heading Technology and Consulting practice with focus on product and service based organizations.
